Key Responsibilities:

· Source portfolios for the residential real estate fund which meet the investment parameters for further analysis

· Liaise with NBFCs, Banks, Developers, Channel Partners and other financial institutions to determine projects that require Integrow’s expertise

· Conduct extensive market research on target prospects in the residential real estate markets of Mumbai & Pune

· Access portfolios of financial institutions to enable better analysis of projects

· Effectively negotiating initial parameters of the deal

· Liaison with counterparties to provide regular updates and build trust

· Create deep networks within the real estate space of Mumbai & Pune to bring in optimal projects for investment determination

· Sourcing Data from public and private sources for supporting Deal execution

· Preparing initial recommendation of the deal Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

· Master’s degree with an experience of 2-8 years in business development domain of real estate financing

· Ability to interface with NBFCs, Banks, Developers and other agencies for sourcing real estate deals Key Behavioural Attributes
