Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Specialist at Intergrow AMC, you will be a key player in overseeing various HR functions and contributing to the development and implementation of cutting-edge HR practices. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture while driving performance excellence, managing people practices, recruitment, onboarding, and executing other HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Excellence: Drive a culture of performance excellence through the implementation of robust performance management processes, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms. Collaborate with departmental managers to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  2. People Practices: Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative HR practices, policies, and procedures aligned with Intergrow AMC’s mission and values. Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure our HR strategies remain progressive and effective. Employee Relations and Culture: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries, and promoting a positive workplace culture. Actively contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging.
  3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates. Design and execute effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the organization.

Qualification:

MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2 institution Proven experience in human resources, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR best practices. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
