What you’ll do

Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO with a strong strategic mindset and a background from renowned institutions such as the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) or the Indian School of Business (ISB). This position will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO by providing strategic insights, coordinating high-level activities, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. This outstanding organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a deep understanding of strategic decision-making processes.

Job Function:

1. Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.

2. Support the CEO strategically align his time with organizational priorities and revisit them regularly to assess progress; evaluating opportunities and determining fit with priorities.

3. Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights.

4. Prepare strategic presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CEO, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.

5. Act as a key thought partner, brainstorming and identifying solutions to challenges.

6. Creating & updating organizational dashboards and annual business calendars for reviewing key performance indicators

7. Assist the CEO in developing and refining strategic plans, monitoring progress, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

8. Coordinate and manage strategic projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution.

9. Provide support in organizing and facilitating strategic meetings, workshops, and offsite events, including agenda development and documentation.

10. Oversee business operations and business activities to ensure they are outcome driven and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the organization

11. Maintain a strong understanding of the organization’s strategic priorities, keeping abreast of industry developments and emerging trends.

12. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Requirements Key Skills, Competencies and Desired Qualifications:

1. A postgraduate degree from a reputable institution, preferably with an MBA from IIM or ISB.

2. Prior experience in a strategic role, such as management consulting or strategic planning, is highly desirable.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound strategic recommendations.

4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

6. Proficiency in using strategic analysis tools and frameworks to assess business opportunities and challenges.

7. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.

8. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

9. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and other relevant data analytics tools.

10. Systems and process-thinker; loves creating order out of chaos.
