Ramashrya Yadav
Founder & CEO
Ram is the Founder and CEO of Integrow Asset Management and holds 20 years of experience in all facets of real estate like construction, investment management and banking. Prior to founding Integrow Asset Management, Ram was heading the Real Estate Practice of Edelweiss Financial Services before which he was the Jt. CEO of Orbit Corporation. He came up with the concept of transforming the real estate asset management market by providing knowledge, good governance, tech-enabled solutions, and value growth for all stakeholders.
Ram is a GMP Graduate from Harvard Business School and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Madurai Kamraj University.

Rahul Somani
Board Member and Head - Residential Real Estate
Rahul carries 18+ years of experience in areas of investment management, project financing, corporate finance, and strategy consulting.
Previously he has held senior positions at companies like Tata Realty and Infrastructure Limited, Brick Eagle Capital Advisory and Stern Stewart & Co.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from S P Jain Center of Management.

Ashish Mundada
Head - Commercial Real Estate
Ashish is the Head of Commercial Real Estate (Investments).
Prior to this, he was an Executive VP and the Head of Commercial Real Estate and Product Head (Alternatives) at Edelweiss (India).
Prior to joining Edelweiss in 2018, he was associated with BlackRock (New York) as a Director & Co-Founder of the Private Debt (Infrastructure) platform. He was instrumental in organically growing the platform into a $8+ billion AUM global platform in 5 years from 40+ global investors. He was responsible for closing one of the largest private transactions totaling $410 mn with an alpha of 200+ bps.
Mr. Mundada has earned an MBA in Finance & Law from New York University (NYU); a MS in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park; and a BE in Instrumentation from the Pune University with a National Merit Scholar accolade and a university rank of 4th.
