Ram Yadav founded Integrow to institutionalise real estate credit in India — to make underwriting, monitoring and investor reporting a system rather than a relationship.
He has spent 25 years on the capital side of Indian real estate across investment banking, structured finance and asset management.
As CEO of Edelweiss Real Estate, he deployed over US$533 million and built India's first active real estate lending book with an integrated distribution platform. He led Orbit Corporation's listing, India's first real estate IPO. His capital sits behind projects including JSW Headquarters, Kohinoor Square and Aurum Q Parc. At Shapoorji Pallonji, he led the turnaround of more than fifteen stressed developments.
That combination is uncommon: originating institutional credit at scale, then recovering assets after they fail. It is why Integrow underwrites to downside before it underwrites to upside.
At Integrow, he conceived ARJAVA, the firm's proprietary underwriting and portfolio intelligence platform, built on the belief that investment judgment which cannot be codified cannot be scaled or governed. He serves on the Board of Aurum PropTech Ltd., India's first NSE-listed proptech company. He holds an MBA in Finance and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Hiren Ladva leads capital raising and deployment across Integrow's performing credit, structured debt and private equity strategies.
Over eighteen years, he has worked across operating businesses, capital markets and strategic advisory, with experience spanning Tata Strategic, Tata Communications, Orbit Corporation, Aurum PropTech, WiseX and Aurum Analytica.
His perspective has been shaped from three sides of the same market: operating real estate businesses, building technology platforms for the sector, and allocating institutional capital. Investment decisions at Integrow reflect all three.
He holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from NIT Surat.

Nitya Yadav leads strategy, data and institutional communications at Integrow.
She focuses on building the systems through which the firm originates opportunities, communicates with investors and compounds organisational knowledge.
She joined Integrow when the firm had no institutional market presence and built its investor engagement, reporting and communication infrastructure from the ground up. Under that framework, the firm has raised over ₹235 crore from institutions, family offices, HNIs and distribution partners.
She also led the product vision for ARJAVA, Integrow's proprietary deal intelligence and underwriting platform, helping translate investment judgment into a structured system of more than 22,000 underwriting rules that has evaluated over 400 investment opportunities. Her work reflects the belief that institutional businesses are built not only on investment decisions, but on repeatable processes, transparent communication and disciplined execution.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Indian School of Management & Entrepreneurship.
